School Advisory Council (SAC)

The School Advisory Committee is for all parents at McInnis. The focus of the SAC is to develop the School Improvement Plan which includes activities and strategies for the school to increase student achievement. Parents are presented with information throughout the year on the progress of the plan and the activities related to reading, math, writing​, and science. The virtual meetings are once a month and start at 7:00 AM.  We welcome and encourage all parents to attend and be a part of SAC.

Meet once a month to:

  • Support academic goals and school improvement
  • Approve SAC fund purchases
  • Brainstorm ideas for school events
  • Generate an action plan in response to needs assessment

 

Meetings are on Mondays from 3:00-3:30 in the Media Center.
