Principal's Message

Welcome to Louise S. McInnis Elementary School's website. We are the home of the Bobcats! 

McInnis Elementary has been proudly serving families since 1937. Our staff is excited to continue the long-standing tradition of excellence. Located in DeLeon Springs, we serve Pre-K through fifth grade students. We endeavor to provide a warm and caring atmosphere where all children will be challenged to reach their full potential.

"It is our mission that McInnis staff, students, families, and community work together to encourage life-long learning in order to reach our goals." Without question, our teachers and staff are dedicated to providing the best education possible to our students. We are committed to providing a safe and high-quality learning environment, and this is evident from the moment you step foot on our campus.

We are very fortunate to have an active and supportive Parent Teacher Association, and we always welcome parents to serve as members on our School Advisory Council. I encourage you to get involved in your child's education, and I look forward to working with you and your child in the coming year.
